Spa Policies

• Booking Appointments: You must confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance, failure to do so will result in cancelation of your appointment. 

• Cancellations: 24 hour advance notice is required to cancel. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or text (714-943-5152) within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. No shows will result in a deposit being required to reschedule. Groupons will be redeemed.

• Eyelash Extensions: Do not wear any eye makeup, foundation, moisturizer, or mascara for your appointment.  If you wear contact lenses, please remove prior to your appointment.  Please complete consent form prior to arrival. You will have a consultation to discuss if and how I can achieve the look you desire, given the quality of your existing lashes. Your appointment time may vary (1-3 hrs.), plan accordingly.
